We went to the Kemah Boardwalk today, and we actually had a very good time. Of course, we got there before the place opened, but we were able to get our tickets to the attractions and ride all of the rides that we wanted to before it got too crowded. Then we ate outside at Babin's (yummy). Then we went back out and rode a few things, but the crowds were just too much for us. Nothing like having to wait 30 minutes to ride for 2 minutes on a merry-go-round!
Tonight DH, DS1, and DD are going camping out in the backyard. I will update tomorrow on how the night goes!
Looks like you and your family had a nice day, and I am sure that DH, DS1, and DD had a great time camping.
